Funeral services for Margaret Ann Nixon, 73, of Florien, Louisiana, will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Wayne Chance officiating. Burial will follow at Fender's Cemetery in Many, Louisiana. Visitation will begin on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, Many, Louisiana.

Margaret Ann Nixon was born on Tuesday, January 8, 1952 in Many, Louisiana. She passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025 at her home in Florien, Louisiana surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Shuford; mother, Mary Alice Williams Treese; stepfather, Robert V. Treese; and brother, Alvin Monroe "Dick" Shuford.

She is survived by her husband, W.J. "Bill" Nixon of Florien, Louisiana; daughter, Genia Kleven and husband Keith of Florien, Louisiana; sons, Andrew L. Nixon and wife Tracy of West Folk, Arkansas, and Billy Nixon of Florien, Louisiana; sisters, Debbie Perser and husband Larry of Florien, Louisiana, Reba Lopez and husband Abel of Sargent, Texas, Rita Lewing and husband Rue of Noble, Louisiana; brother, Robert Treese and wife Sheila of Florien, Louisiana; Six Grandchildren, Five Great-Grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Brian Perser, Chris Treese, Jason Lewing, Taylor Barajas, Peyton Lewing, and Brady Lewing.
