Lewis David (L.D.) Finley 84, of Malvern passed away Monday February 21, 2011. Lewis was born September 30, 1926 in Fenter Comm., Arkansas to the late Louie and Lema Finley. He was a faithful member of Second Baptist Church of Malvern. Lewis is survived by: His wife of sixty years: Ruth Finley. Two sons: David Finley of Malvern, AR. Roy Finley (Carolyn) of Malvern, AR. Two daughters: Lema Sue Maranto of Malvern, AR. Dianne Geater of Malvern, AR. Three brothers: Horace Finley of Malvern, AR. Earl Finley of Arkadelphia, AR. Melvin Finley (Linda) of Benton, AR. One sister-in-law: Sue Finley of Benton, AR. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Lewis is preceded in death by: One brother: Eldridge Finley and one sister-in-law: Nancy Finley. Pallbearers will be: Roland Prince, Tracy Johnson, David Selph, Walter Parish, Charles Sled and Bobby Gilbert. Visitation will be Thursday February 24, 2011 6:00-8:00PM at Atkinson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00PM Friday February 25, 2011 at Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joey McDermott officiating. Interment will be at Rockport Cemetery in Malvern, AR.
