Inez Norrell, 91, of El Dorado, died on Friday, June 6, 2008, at Medical Center of South Arkansas following a sudden illness.

Born on Nov. 14, 1916, in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of James and Maggie Geddie Hester. Mrs. Norrell was a homemaker and a member of East Main Baptist Church for 45 years.

Preceding her in death along with her parents were her husband, Isaac T. Norrell; and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include two sons, Tom Norrell (Marti) and Tim Norrell (Ruth), all of Springfield, Mo.; and two daughters, Melba Jerry (Clyde) and Kaye Drummond (Bill), all of El Dorado. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. on Monday at East Main Baptist Church with Dr. Benjy McCann officiating. Interment will be at 2 p.m. on Monday in Flat Creek Cemetery in Fountain Hill under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home in El Dorado.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at the funeral home.

Margaret married Isaac Thomas Norrell on 27 Feb 1937 in Ashley County, AR. (Isaac Thomas Norrell was born on 23 Oct 1917, died on 20 Sep 1996 in El Dorado, Union, AR and was buried in Flat Creek Cemetery, Fountain Hill, Ashley, AR.)
